1. General terms

 

1.1. Totalizator Organizer (hereinafter – „Organizer”) is SIA „DLV” (Reg. Num.: 40003227719; address: Kridenera dambis 9, Riga, Latvija, LV-1019; phone: +37167145020; fax: +37167112055; e-mail: [email protected]. The Organizer accepts bets on sports and events in advance with unknown result.

 

1.2. General terms:

 

1.2.1. Member (hereinafter “Client”) – the contractor, who made the bet on http://www.winguru.lv/. Client- is the only person that is responsible for all bets. After Client has made bet and Organizer has confirmed it, the Client cannot change or cancel it.

 

1.2.2. Bet – is amount of money that betting member pays to secure its own obligations after concluded bet.

 

1.2.3. Client profile (hereinafter – profile) – after registration created forbidden entrance (username and password), that provides client authentication and the ability to use the services of www.winguru.lv.  The Client is responsible for the storage information about the profiles. Any action by the Client in the profile, which confirmed with username and password, are considered conscious and legitimate.

 

1.2.4. Virtual Wallet (hereinafter “Wallet”) – is part of the profile for deposits and withdrawals, for bets and winning.

 

1.2.5. Odd (hereinafter “o=”) is the magnitude by which bet will be multiplied if Client makes exact prediction.

 

1.2.6. Deposit – amount, which is transferred by Client on Organizer’s bank account to field the Wallet.

 

1.2.7. Withdrawal- deposit and / or part of win payout from wallet to your bank account.

 

1.2.8. Bet’s limit – maximal possible bet for outcome.

 

1.2.9. Totalizator - game in which player makes a bet on possible result of sports game or any other event, which result can be predicted. The winning in betting depends on the fact whether the player has predicted result matches the actual, documentary proved facts.

 

1.2.10. Betting – an agreement concluded between the Organizer and the Client, where the subject of the contract is considered to be bet, which was made by Client, according to which the losing side perform its obligations. For Client it means to lose the amount of bet, and for Organizer it means to pay bet winnings. Bets are made on Organizer proposed conditions.

 

1.2.11. Bet amount – amount of money, which guarantees the fulfilment of obligations of Client to Organizer, paid as fee for participation in the game in which the outcome is predicted (the result) of one or more events.

 

1.2.12. Outcome – sport or other event result, for which the Organizer grants an odd of winning and on which bet was concluded.

 

1.2.13. Offer – list of events with odd on outcome, which offers Organizer.

 

1.2.14. Events – sport, political and entertainment events with unknown results that occur in real life, and for which Organizer offers odd.

 

1.2.15. Bets return – a win that are calculated with coefficient 1.

 

1.2.16. Live bets –bets which are made and which can be made only at the time of a certain event occurs. Odds can be changed constantly according the situation.

 

1.3. Bets offers on sport, political or entertainment events are available on Organizer’s home page http://www.winguru.lv/.

 

1.4. Every days offers selection or constantly refreshed.

 

1.5. The rules about totalizator and betting are described on the http://www.winguru.lv/

 

1.6. Organizer accepts bets on sports, political and entertainment events. All bets are accepted, based on the existing rules, and bets confirmation means that the Clients has read and agree with rules.

 

1.7. Organizer pays out winnings to Client according to Latvian law:

 

1.7.1. Winning which is less than € 720 should be paid without delay;

 

1.7.2. Winning from € 721 up to € 14,300 is paid within 24 hours;

 

1.7.3. Winning which is more than € 14,300, is paid in 30 days and less than in two parts;

 

1.7.4. All winnings are paid on Client’s wallet.

 

1.8. The rules are published in several languages to make information understandable for players. The rules in Latvian language have a legal base. If the rules in different languages differs from Latvian language, valid is Latvian language version, which has been approved by the Lotteries and Gambling Supervisory Inspection (hereinafter referred to as LGSI)

 

1.9. Organizer is not responsible for any loses or damages what can happened with Client due to force majeure, power failure, telecom service or network performance problems or breaks or any other delays. In this case Organizer reserves the right to refuse service to any person without disclosing the reason (s). Organizer operates according to the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, and therefore all disputes will be settled according to the laws and regulations of Republic of Latvia.

 

1.10. Organizer operates in accordance with Latvian Republic legislation and in connection with it all debatable questions will be decided leaning on Latvia Republic normative acts.

 

1.11. The complaints and claims are accepted only in writing within 30 days from the moment of making a bet. The complaints and claims shall be sent to the Organizer email: [email protected]. The complaints will be reviewed, and answers provided within 10 working days after their reception.

 

1.12. Organizer’s operations accordance to legislation of LR is supervised by Latvia Republic Lottery and Gambling Supervisory Inspection, which is located in: 33 Brivibas Street (4th flour), Riga, LV-1010, http://www.iaui.gov.lv/.

 

1.13. If any of these Terms is found to be illigal or unenforceable, such provision should be identified separately from these Terms and remaining provision should remain in force.

 

1.14. The rules for each specific Casino game are available upon request (via e-mail or live chat) and sending to e-mail.

 

2. Betting general rules

 

2.1. Interactive betting (on http://www.winguru.lv/) can be done as it is written below. Client registers his Profile on http://www.winguru.lv/ and makes deposit at first. To make a bet Client should choose event from the list and click on odd which he want to select. It is possible to bet on one or more events. After that, Client should enter bet amount and confirm it.Than the bet is concluded, and after end of the event and final outcome notification, the win will be transferred to the Client’s wallet. All bets will be stored on Organizer server at least 5 years after end of the event. It is impossible to change or cancel bet after its conclusion. In case of connection or other technical problems, bet will not be considered as canceled if it has been already approved and registered on the Organizer server.After bidding, bet’s amount will be taken off Client’s Wallet. Every bet is numbered and archived.Bets, which were made after the start of the event, will be returned with odd “1” (exception: Live bets).

 

2.2. Minimal bet amount – 0.10 €.

 

2.3. Maximal bet amount – 1000 €, but bets amount in 24 hours – 10000 €.

 

2.4. Maximal one bet winning amount – 10000 €.

 

2.5. If bet, which was exceeded limits, is accepted by mistake, the amount that exceeds limits will not be considered and bet amount will be appropriately corrected, and bet amount difference will be paid back to Client.

 

2.6. Considered bets cannot be cancelled. For this reason, it is important to examine betscarefully before betting.

 

2.7. Bet amount is amount, which was registered and approved by Organizer.

 

2.8. Bet is considered as done when it is approved by Organizer. All considered bets can be found at Client’s Profile in the „History”.In dispute cases, bet time is considered to be a time when bet is registered on Organizer server. If for technical reasons, Client has not received confirmation of bet acceptance, bet is considered as done, if it is registered in Client’s Profile „History”. All bets careful check is only Client’s personal responsibility.Organizer is not responsible for “double” or “lost” bets.

 

2.9. Technical errors or communication disorders on Client’s device are not the reason to cancel bet, if bet is registered on Organizer’s server.

 

2.10. Rules of making bets (handicaps, odds, multiple bets limits etc.) can be changed after every bet. Previously made bets odds will stay unchanged. Before making a bet, Client needs to learn any changes in bets and odds.

 

2.11. Bet may be canceled only if there is an error associated with event Client was betting on. Other incorrect bet or bet components will not affect their validity.

 

2.12. Bets will not be accepted if they may affect each other.Organizer has rights to cancel this bets even if this bets, by mistake, are already accepted. In this case, bets can be canceled even after results of event are known.

 

2.13. Organizer does not allow syndicated bets. . Bets, which are made from several profiles with the same IP address, may be qualified as a syndicated bets, even if bets limits are not achieved.

 

2.14. Finding syndicated betting Organizer reserves right to close Client’s profile and confiscate winnings or cancel any Client’s bets (even already concluded).

 

2.15. Bets on sport events cannot make persons who are directly or indirectly involved – athletes, coaches, judges, sports and other.

 

2.16. If there is suspicion of influencing outcomes of games to make a profit in totalizator, Organizer reserves right to withhold money until circumstances are clarified. If it is proved that, there was falsification of games results, Organizer reserves right to cancel bet.

 

2.17. Bets are accepted until beginning of the event. If bets are accepted by mistake after beginning of event, this bets will be canceled. Exception: Live bets.

 

2.18. Live bets are accepted during the event. Bets are accepted from beginning of event until a certain time. All bets that were made till certain time, are considered to be valid under the odds, which were chosen by the Client at the time of betting.

 

2.19. All canceled event bets will be canceled and refunded. The multiple bet will be calculated excluding canceled event’s bets.

 

2.20. Bets are canceled if important circumstances are changed – the place, date or opponent.

 

2.21. Organizer reserves right to correct any obvious errors and to take necessary steps to ensure fair services provision to his clients. Obvious error is incorrect event information published on WinGuru , for example: upside published handicap, wrong team names or words, wrong start times or other technical errors.

 

2.22. Organizer reserves the right to declare the bet (or part of it) as canceled (payout with odd “1″) or stop withdrawals until the inspection is complete (including court proceedings) in the following cases:

2.22.1. It was an error on bets concluding;

 

2.22.2. Was found software / website errors (obvious typographical errors in proposed list of events, odds discrepancy / inconsistency in different positions, unusual or wrong odds, etc.);

 

2.22.3. If there are evidences of unfair action;

 

2.22.4. Deviation from the rules during the betting;

 

2.22.5. There are other conditions, which define bet incorrectness. In case of dispute players names, team names etc. are correct in English

 

2.23. If Organizer decides to close Client’s profile, previously made and accepted bets will still be valid and winnings will be paid out to Client.

 

2.24. Winnings will be transferred to Client’s Profile after approval of final result.Any corrections, which have been made, for example, as result of disciplinary action, disqualification or the prevailing organization interference have no effect on the result. Final results will be considered officially published results, even if they do not correspond to reality. For example, if in protocol, which is published on the UEFA official website, are recorded that in certain game were 5 corners, after watching replay will be noticed 6 corners, for correct outcome will be considered information, that is shown on UEFA website.

 

2.25. Bet will be considered canceled if event is canceled or terminated, and final result is not detected within 24 hours.

 

2.26. Live bets are accepted in 10 seconds. If during this period bet odd changes, Live bet should be made again. Bets odd changes automatically, according the game.

 

2.27. If bet is made on event that has already occurred, for example: bet on first gate is made after the first goal has been achieved – the bet should be canceled and refunded with odd “1”.

 

2.28. Consciously delayed attempts to make bets when the outcome is already known, are considered as cheating and Organizer has rights to act accordingly situation, such as cancel bets and close Client’s profile. Organizer does not take any responsibility for printing errors, data transmission and other errors. Organizer has rights to overestimate obvious betting errors and/or result valuation even after event’s finish, and also can announce bound bets to be canceled. Organizer is not responsible for live score results, statistics and other data displaying, which are shown in LIVE bets.

 

2.29. Organizer reserves rights to cancel bet from any person, without explaining reasons, as well as determine countries from which Clients are not serviced.

 

2.30. If any event or its outcome raises doubts and causes unfair treatment, Organizer reserves rights to withhold any withdrawal request. If the fact of unfair play is proven, Organizer has right to cancel bets, which were made on this event.

 

3. Offers and conditions of bet acceptance

 

a. Bets and examples

 

3.1. Single bet – bet, witch Clients do on outcome of one event. Single bet’s winning is equal to bet’s amount multiplied with odd.

Example:

The bet amount 5 €, the odd o = 2.5, right prediction winning 12.5 €.

 

3.2. “Multiple” – bet on outcomes of several independent events. In one “multiple” cannot be included the same events and their outcomes, more than once, and there cannot be included connected events. For the winning bet “multiple” it is necessary to all selected bets were predicted correctly.In case of loss one of “multiple” outcomes, all “multiple” bet loses. Excluded cases, when Organizer adds extra winnings possibility. “Multiple” bet’s winning is equal to bet’s amount, multiplied with all bet’s odds, which are included in this bet.

Example:

There are three events in “Multiple” bet with odds o=2.6, o=3.5, o=1.2 and bet’s amount is 10 €. So odds multiplication will be equal to 10.92 and this number should be multiplied with 10 €, to calculated winning amount 109.20 €. If there are events in Multiple bet, that are connected between each other, for winning calculation will be considered events with higher odd, but other events will be calculated with odd “1”.

Multiple bet restrictions. Following outcomes cannot be included in Multiple bet more than once:

-Football match result;

-Tennis game (set) result;

-First period result, main time result.

 

3.3. System – full set of Multiple bets in chosen bets. Every combination in System bet is calculated as separate Multiple bet. Every Multiple bet, which is in System bet, has common event and number of bets amount. For System bet winning, it is need to be right predict number of forecasts and System bet total number of forecasts, that is define in System’s name, for example, “2 of 3” or “3 of 4” etc. Bet’s total amount is divided proportionally to Multiple bets in System bet. System bet winning is equal to Multiple bets winning.

Example:

There are three events in System bet, that are not connected with each other. Event Nr. 1 o=2.00, event Nr. 2 o=3.50, event Nr. 3 o=2.40, bet’s amount is 300 €. System bet is divided to following Multiple bets:

Bet’s amount 100 €, o=8.40

If all events will be predicted correctly, winning calculates as:

100€ * 7.00 + 100 € * 4.80 + 100 € * 8.40 = 2020 €.

If correct forecast was on event Nr. 2 and event Nr. 3, winning will be calculated as:

100 € * 8.40 = 840 €

 

3.4. Chain – set of independent from each other single bets. Main condition of Chain – is first bet winning. First made bet is considered as Chain’s arithmetically first bet, but not that bet, which will appears before others. So the bets order is determinate by Client. From Chain’s first stage winning is formatting second stage bet and remaining money amount is adding to the Chain’s main balance. If second bet loses, third stage amount is taken off from Chain’s main balance. When the Chain’s main balance is equal to “0”, all Chain loses. In other way, when all Chain’s stages win, Chain’s main balance constantly increasing. As result, Client gets Chain’s main balance as Chain’s winning amount.

Defining last odds for all types of bets, some specific outcomes are considerate (bets on players victory in competitions, where number of winners is more than one; Handicap bets on players victory in competitions, where Handicap is equal to competition’s result).

Examples:

There are five independent from each other events, bets amount is 100 €:

3.5. Super Bet – the option which gives the player opportunity to make a bet for amount that exceeds the allowable limits of maximal bet. Making this bet, request will be sent to administrator. Bet’s accepting or not accepting decision takes about 5 minutes.

 

b. Betting outcomes and examples

 

3.6. Match result – is the simplest type of outcome. It is suggested to predict:

1 – First team wins the match

X – Draw result in the match

2 – Second team wins the match

The outcome “1” is calculated according to result of regular time, outcome “1 match” is calculated with extra time.

In basketball only “1-X-2” bet is calculated according regular time result; all other bets are calculated with extra time.

If there aren’t outcome X (draw) in the line, bets “1-2” are calculated with extra time.

Bet outcome “1,1” in football refers to line half/match and refers to first half and match victory, that is, “1,1” wins if the first half and match ends with first team victory, in basketball – it is first quarter and match, in tennis – it is first set and match, in hockey – it is first period and match.

 

3.7. “Double chance” - bet on the outcome of thr match with insurance. It is suggested to predict:

“1X” – First team victory or draw. To win this bet on that outcome, it is need to first team won’t lose the match.

“12” – First or second team victory (it won’t be draw). To win bet on that outcome, one of teams should win the match.

“2X” – Second team victory. To win this bet on that outcome, it is need to second team won’t lose the match.

 

3.8. Handicap – it is player’s advantage or lag from the opponent expressed in goals/points/sets. Handicap can be positive, negative or null:

Negative handicap on team means that this team should win match with difference in certain amount (handicap’s number) of goals. If this team wins with difference in goals that is strictly equal to the handicap’s number, the bet on negative handicap with this number is counted with odd “1”.

Positive handicap on team means that this team shouldn’t lose match with difference in certain amount (handicap’s number) of goals. If this team loses with difference in goals that is strictly equal to the handicap’s number, the bet on positive handicap with this number is counted with odd “1”.

Null handicap on team means that this team at least shouldn’t lose this match. If the match ends with draw, bet on null handicap is counted with odd “1”.

Example:

If you made bet on outcome “Handicap 2 (2)”, that is, you made bet on that the Second team won’t lose with difference more than 2 goals:

If match ends with score “2:1”, after adding handicap, score become “2:3” – your bet wins, because Second team didn’t lose after adding handicap.

If match ends with score “3:0”, after adding handicap, score become “3:2” – your bet loses, because Second team loses even with adding handicap.

If the match ends with score “2:0”, after adding handicap, score become “2:2” – in this case, bet counts with odd “1”.

Example:

If you made bet on outcome “Handicap 1(-1)”, that is, you made bet on that the First team wins with at least 1 goal difference:

If match ends with score “3:1”, after adding handicap, score become “2:1” – your bet wins, because First team didn’t lose even after adding handicap.

If match ends with score”1:1”, after adding handicap, score become “0:1” – your bet loses, because First team loses even with adding handicap.

If match ends with score”2:1”, after adding handicap, score become “1:1” – in this case, bet counts with odd “1”.

 

3.9. Hanndicap – it is player’s advantage or lag from the opponent expressed in goals/points/sets. Handicap – kind of “handicap” outcome.

 

3.10. European handicap differs from outcome “Handicap” with offering one additional option of outcome (Team victory with the exact difference in goals).

Example:

“W1 – Handicap (-1)”/”X – Handicap (1)”/ “W2 – Handicap (1)”:

Bet on outcome“W1 – Handicap (-1)” wins only if the first team wins the match at least with 2 goals difference. This outcome is like outcome “Handicap 1(-1.5)”.

Bet on outcome “X – Handicap (1)” wins only if the first team wins the match exactly with 1 goal difference.

Bet on outcome “W2 – Handicap (1)” wins only if the second team won’t lose the match. This outcome is like outcome “Handicap 2(0.5)”.

Example:

“W1 – Handicap (1)”/ “X – Handicap (-1)”/ “W2 – Handicap (-1)”:

Bet on outcome “W1 – Handicap (1)” wins only if the first team won’t lose the match. This outcome is like outcome “Handicap 1(0.5)”.

Bet on outcome “X – Handicap (-1)” wins only if the second team wins the match exactly with 1 goal difference.

Bet on outcome “W2 – Handicap (-1)” wins only if the second team wins the match at least with 2 goals difference. This outcome is like outcome “Handicap 2(-1.5)”.

Example:

“W1 – Handicap (-2)”/ “X – Handicap (2)”/ “W2 – Handicap (2)”:

Bet on outcome “W1 – Handicap (-2)” wins only if the first team wins the match with at least 3 goals difference. . This outcome is like outcome “Handicap 1(-2.5)”.

Bet on outcome “X – Handicap (2)” wins only if the first team wins the match with exactly 2 goals difference.

Bet on outcome “W2 – Handicap (2)” wins only if the second team won’t lose the match with more than 1 goal difference. This outcome is like outcome “Handicap 2(1.5)”.

Example:

“W1 – Handicap (2)”/ “X – Handicap (-2)”/ “W2 – Handicap (-2):

Bet on outcome “W1 – Handicap (2)” wins only if the first team won’t lose the match with more than 1 goal difference. This outcome is like outcome “Handicap 1(1.5)”.

Bet on outcome “X – Handicap (-2)” wins only if the second team wins the match with exactly 2 goals difference.

Bet on outcome “W2 – Handicap (-2)” wins only if the second team wins the match with at least 3 goals difference. . This outcome is like outcome “Handicap 2(-2.5)”.

 

3.11. Total – it is total amount of goals/points/games that are scored/earned/played by both players/teams of the event.

 

3.11.1. Total Over – this is bet on fact that total amount of goals scored by both players/teams of this event will be more than certain amount (Total number). If the total amount of goals will be exactly as total number, bets on this total are calculated with odd “1”.

 

3.11.2. Total Under – this is bet on fact that total amount of goals scored by both players/teams of this event will be less than certain amount (Total number). If the total amount of goals will be exactly as total number, bets on this total are calculated with odd “1”.

 

3.11.3. Correct score – this bet is on that total amount of goals will be exactly equal to certain amount or will be equal to one of option in certain interval (for example, “0-1 goal”, “2-3 goal” etc.).

 

3.12. “Asian Total” – this total’s value is multiple with “0.25”, but not multiple with “0.5” (for example, “1.25”, “1.75”, “2.25” etc.). The main point of this bet is: bet on Asian total is equivalent to two other bets, one bet conditionally divided into two (first bet on the total with value less than “0.25” from value of Asian total, second bet on the total which value is more than “0.25” from value of Asian total); each kind of this bet odd is equal to Asian total odd; amount of bet on each such bet is equal to half of main amount of bets on Asian Total; winning amount of bet on Asian total is equal to winning amount for each such bet.

Example:

Bet on “Total Over (2.25)” with odd “1.85” on €100, conditionally divided into two bets:

“Total Over (2.0)” with odd “1.85” on €50.

“Total Over (2.5)” with odd “1.85” on €50.

Example:

Bet on “Total Under (2.75)” with odd “1.75” on €50, conditionally divided into two bets:

“Total Under (2.5)” with odd “1.75” on €25.

“Total Under (3.0)” with odd “1.75” on €25.

Example of Single bet calculation on Asian Total:

Example:

“Total Over (2.75)” with odd 2.00 on €200 conditionally divided into two bets:

“Total Over (2.5)” with odd “2.00” on €100.

“Total Over (3.0)” with odd “2.00” on €100.

If, for example, in match will be two or less goals, than:

Winning on bet “Total Over (2.5)” will be: €100*0=€0.

Winning on bet “Total Over (3.0)” will be: €100*0=€0.

Total amount of winnings on the bet of Asian total is: €0 + €0 = €0.

If, for example, in match will be 3 goals, than:

Winning on bet “Total Over (2.5)” will be: €100*2.00 = €200.

Winning on bet “Total Over (3.0) will be: €100*1.00 = €100.

Consequently, total amount of winnings on bet of Asian total is: €200 + €200 = €400.

Example of calculation Multiple bet with Asian Total. If in Multiple bet is Asian Total, this Multiple bet conditionally divided into two Multiple bets. Each outcome (Asian Total) which is in Multiple bet, increases number of Multiple bet in two times.

Example:

Bet’s amount: €100 / Odd: 4.80

Total Under (3.50) 1.50 ?

Bet’s amount: €100 / Odd: 4.80

Let’s consider that prognoses on “Outcome of 1 event” and “Outcome of 2 event” was correct. If in third event will be 2 or less goals:

Winning on bet Multiple 1 will be: €100*4.80 = €480.

Winning on bet Multiple 2 will be: €100*4.80 = €480.

Total amount of winning on Multiple bet: €480 + €480 = €960.

Let’s consider that prognoses on “Outcome of 1 event” and “Outcome of 2 event” was correct. If in third event will be exactly 3 goals, than:

Winning on bet Multiple 1 will be: €100*3.20 = €320.

Winning on bet Multiple 2 will be: €100*4.80 = €480.

Total amount of winning on Multiple bet: €320 + €480 = €800.

3.13. Individual Total - it is total amount of goals/points/games that are scored/earned/played by one of the players of event. You can predict:

3.21. Home – Guests. “Home team” (owner of the field) or “Guest team” victory, considering handicaps.

4. Betting offer and acceptance rules in different kinds of sport

 

4.1. Handicaps and totals on tennis match are mentioned in games. A bet “Score by sets” is offered. The correspondent columns in the line are entitled: 2:0, 2:1, etc.

4.15. Following betting positions on ice hockey are accepted:

 

4.15.1. Winner. It is offered to determine outcome of the match. If in the position 2 outcomes are available (Winner Team 1/ Winner Team 2), bets are accepted including overtime and penalty shootout series, if there are three outcomes (Team 1/draw/ Team 2) then bets are accepted only for the main time , excluding overtime and result of penalty shootout series.

 

4.15.2. Total. Betting on more/ less, including 3 options (more/less/ equal… goals), are suggested only for main time for all hockey matches, regardless of championship. 4.15.3. Individual Total (specified team). Betting on more/ less, including 3 options (more/ less/ equal…goals), are suggested only for main time for all hockey matches, regardless of championship. 4.15.4. More/less goals (specified player). If player has not participated in the match, bets on More/Less goals scored by this player are refundable. Regardless of country and tournament, all bets on such position are calculated according on results of main time, excluding results of overtime and penalty shootout series.

 

4.15.5. Handicap. If handicap has, only 2 options (only win 1 or win 2, without option – draw) and there is draw (including handicap)bet should be returned with odd 1,(regardless on which period the bet is proposed to be made).

 

4.15.6. Winner of (specified) minutes. If it is offered to predict match’s result of certain match’s moment. Bet on specified time of match result is calculated according to minute and zero seconds.

Example: Winner of first five minutes. Bet is calculated according to result, that is recorded till 5 minutes from match’s begin.

 

4.15.7. Tournament winner. Bet is calculated only after tournament is finished and with actually reordered result at the end of tournament. Referees’ and other decisions about tournament results cancelation/change that are made after the end of tournament are not considered. If team, on which bet was made, had not qualification for that tournament, was disqualified or refused to participated in the tournament, all bets on this team are calculated as lost. If the tournament winner are more than one team, odd is divided on number of winners (but not less than odd 1).

 

4.15.8. Reaching next leg. Bet is calculated with result that is determinate after last match of this play-off series, whatever judicial/disciplinary decisions are made after.

 

4.15.9. Play-off series winner. If number of matches that are necessary to be played according regalement, are not played, all bets on this position are returned.

 

4.15.10. First match goal. Bets on player, who makes first counted goal, are winning. If player, who scored first goal, was not introduced in this position’s option, all bets are calculated as lost. If the first goal is auto-goal (even if it is scored by player on which bet was made) all bets on this position are calculated as lost. If chosen player was not played, bets are returned.

 

4.15.11. Who will made more shots in target. It is offered to predict which team will make more shots in target. Calculation is made according statistics that are published on official tournament federation websites. All other sources are not considered in bets calculation on this position.

4.49. Following betting positions on boxing are accepted:

 

4.49.1. Fight winner. 4.74. For bets on time Winner, time Handicap and time Total calculation goals which were made in certain Time are counted in. For second Time result determination, goals which were made in overtime are not included, if there is not mentioned other.

 

4.75. Following betting positions on water polo are accepted:

4.77. In case of distance change, number of rounds of competitions change, as well as in case of competition place change, all bets on the given event should be returned.

 

4.78. If start time is moved more than on 30 hours, all bets should be returned.

 

4.79. If event was stopped and was not started in 30 hours, all bets on this competition, except those which result is already known, should be returned.

 

4.80. If after competition stop it is started on other track, all bets on this competition, except those which result is already known, should be returned.

 

4.81. Sportsman place determinates after final official protocol, which is published immediately after competition final. Protocol changes, which is connected with sportsman disqualification after competition, are not accepted in bets calculation.

 

4.82. Following betting positions on winter sports are accepted:

 

4.82.1. Bets on competition winner. In this case, winner is participant, who took first place in final protocol. If participant did not come on competition start, bet should be returned.

 

4.82.2. Top 3. It should be predicted which participants will finish in first three. If participant did not come on competition start, bet should be returned.

 

4.82.3. Sportsmen compering. In suggested pairs it should be predicted, who will starts better. Best will be sportsman, who will take higher place in final protocol. Bets calculation is made on official protocol base, which is published by competition general federation immediately after competition final. Protocol changes, which is connected with sportsman disqualification after competition, are not accepted in bets calculation. If both participants retires distance, all bets should be returned. If one of the participants did not finished distance, in bets calculation is considered that his opponent took higher place in competition.

 

Cycle racing

 

4.83. All bets are calculated by final official protocol results on the moment of participant rewording. All changes that happens after do not affect bets calculation.

 

4.84. If some participant did not cross start line, all bets on this participant should be returned.

 

4.85. If mentioned leg was interrupted, all bets should be returned, except those, which outcome is already known.

 

4.86. If competition was interrupted, all bets should be returned, except those, which outcome is already known.

 

4.87. If competition or leg start time is moved more than on 30 hours, all bets on this competition or leg should be returned.

 

4.88. Following betting positions on cycle racing are accepted:

 

4.88.1. “Competition winner”. Bet on competition winner. In case of disqualification, bets will be calculated according results that will be known in participants rewording ceremony. For “Competition winner” bet competition winner is who takes first place after all competition results. If no one from participants did not finished competition, the winner will be participant, who make over more legs.

 

4.88.2. Leg winner. Bet on which participant will win certain leg.

 

4.88.3. Compering (by competition results). It is need to predict which participant will take higher place in qualification by competition results. To make bet on this outcome valid it is need to both participants take part in competition. At last one of participants should get to the finish. In opposite case, all bets on this outcome should be returned.

 

4.88.4. It can be offered other types of bets, not mentioned before.

 

Handball

 

4.89. Bets on match are accepted only on main time, excluding overtime, if not mentioned other. Overtime result do not effect on second period result, and in second period bets calculation is not counting in.

 

4.90. All results are calculating according official statistics, which is published on leagues or tournament official federation/organization websites, and also are compared with match recordings, which are made in LIVE. If Organizer statistic, which is based on TV report, does not match league or tournament official website statistic, bets will be calculated according Organizer statistic.

 

4.91. If match was interrupted and was not finished in 30 hours, all bets on this match, except those, which result is already known, should be returned.

 

4.92. If match was canceled or moved by any reasons more than on 30 hours. all bets should be calculated with odd “1”.

 

4.93. Following betting positions on handball are accepted:

 

4.93.1. “Match winner”. Bet on match outcome. Bets are accepted only on main time, excluding overtime.

 

4.93.2. Total. If total score is equal to bet total, bet should be returned. The same is for team total or player total.

 

4.93.3. Handicap. If result considering handicap is equal, bets should be returned (does not matter on which period it is proposed to make bets).

 

4.93.4. It can be offered other types of bets, not mentioned before.

 

Football

 

4.94. Bets on football are accepted on main time, excluding overtime and penalties series. In certain rules, main time includes overtime, appointed by referee, bets on each half includes overtime, what was appointed by referee in each half.

 

4.95. Bets on every match, which was interrupted before regular time ends, and was not started in 30 hours, are not valid, no matter what solution made referees. Bets, which outcome was determined before match time was stopped, are valid and calculated according to the Rules, but other bets will be returned. If football match was delayed on more, than 30 hours, bets on this match will be returned, but if less than on 30 hours – bets stay valid.

 

4.96. All cards/warnings after final referee’s whistle are not valid for bets calculation. All cards and warnings, which were in halftime, are valid for result of whole match, but not added to bet on first and second half calculation.

 

4.97. Following betting positions on football are accepted:

 

4.97.1. “Match winner”. This bet is on match result. Bets are accepted only on main time.

 

4.97.2. Total. If in match result amount of scored goals is equal to bet total and outcome option “Scored goals are equal to “Specified number”” was not given, bet will be returned. The same is for outcomes “Team Total” and “Individual Total”.

 

4.97.3. Handicap. If there are only two handicap options (only “Handicap1” and “Handicap2”, without “Draw”), and there is score draw result with considering handicap, bet will be returned with odd “1” (whatever on which time period of match bets were offered). The same is with leg/corner handicaps and other.

 

4.97.4. Double chance (outcome). There are following outcomes possible: 1X – bet won, if there was First team victory in match or was draw. X2 – bet won, if there was Second team victory in match or was draw. 12 –bet won, if there was First or Second team victory.

 

4.97.5. Would player score at least one goal. There are valid only those goals, which were scored to opposite team and officially accepted by referee. If player was not played in match, bet will be returned.

 

4.97.6. Reaching next leg. The bet is counted only after final match end in tournament with certain team. Bet won if certain team gets to the next leg, and it does not matter with which score any match phases were ended in certain match period. Referees decisions or other decisions about match cancelation/tournament results changes, which were made after these competitions leg, do not affect bets calculation.

 

4.97.7. Individual total on “Certain team”. It is offered to predict, will amount of the scored goals by certain team be more or less specified parameters. If amount of scored goals is equal to total, bet will be returned with odd “1”. Valid goals are only those goals, which were scored to opposite team and were officially fixed by referee. All own scored goals, will be counted as scored goals by opposite team.

 

4.97.8. First goal team. If the first goal was own scored goal, it will be bet on opposite team goal victory.

 

4.97.9. Next goal team. If the next goal was own scored goal, it will be bet on opposite team goal victory.

 

4.97.10. Last goal team. If the last goal was own scored goal, it will be bet on opposite team goal victory. If match is interrupted, and does not continue in 30 hours, bets will be returned.

 

4.97.11. Both teams scored goals. It is offered to predict, will both teams in this match scored goals. All own scored goals, will be counted as scored goals by opposite team.

 

4.97.12. Even/Odd. If match result is 0:0, bet is counted as “Even”.

 

4.97.13. Without draw. If main time ends with draw, bets on this outcome will be returned with odd “1”.

 

4.97.14. Correct score. It is offered to predict certain team correct score in match. Only those goals are valid, which were scored in main time (overtime and penalties are not counted).

 

4.97.15. 1 half/match. It is proposed to predict first half and whole football match result. On the first place in line are first half result, on the second place – whole match result.

 

4.97.16. Exact score of the match. It is proposed to predict the exact score of football match. If exact score according to the results of the match is not offered in line, bets only on position “Any other” win.

 

4.97.17. Corners Handicap. If in match result total amount of served corners is equal to bet total, bet returns with the odd “1”.Only corners served by teams are counted (regardless of how many corners were appointed by the referee). Assigned but not served corners are not counted in bet calculation. If team was forced to repeat the corner, is counted only one corner throw.

 

4.97.18. First corner kick in match. It is proposed to predict which team will perform the first corner kick. Only corners served by teams are counted (regardless of how many corners were appointed by the judge) . Assigned but not served corners, are not counted in bet calculation.

 

4.97.19. Last corner kick in match. It is proposed to predict which team will perform last corner kick. Only corners served by teams are counted (regardless of how many corners were appointed by the judge). Assigned but not served corners, are not counted in bet calculation.

 

4.97.20. First goal time. It is proposed to predict at what time interval first goal will be scored in the match. If match ended with score 0-0, bets on first scored goal will be considered as lost.

 

4.97.21. Last goal time. It is proposed to predict at what time intervallast goal will be scored in the match. If match ended with score 0-0, bets on last scored goal will be considered as lost.

 

4.97.22. How will be scored first goal? It is proposed to predict how match first goal will be scored. Following outcomes are possible:

 

4.97.22.1. Goal , not scored head.

 

4.97.22.2. Goal, scored head.

 

4.97.22.3. Free kick, from penalty line.

Regardless of what part of body goal has been scored, if it happened directly from penalty line, outcome of “Free kick, from penalty line” is it only winning bet, all other bets are considered as lost. Regardless of what part of the body goal has been scored, if it happened directly from penalty, (11-meter penalty kick), outcome of “Penalty goal” – is the only winning bet. All other bets are considered as lost. If goal is scored as header, outcome of a “Header” is the only winning bet. All other bets are considered as lost. 4.97.23. It is proposed to predict which team player will be first whom be shown yellow card. If first yellow card was shown to two or more players from different teams at the same time, bets for position “Both teams at the same time” win. If this option is not mentioned in the line, all bets on this position will be returned. If yellow card is not shown in match, bets on position “No warning will be” win.

 

4.97.24. Match overtime. Bets on overtime are calculated on that time, what will be specified by fourth official referee, not by actually played overtime.

 

4.97.25. Will be elimination in match. It is proposed to predict will be in match at list one player elimination from the field. Players elimination that are on field only can be considered. Reserve players, coaches, medical professionals elimination are not counted as elimination in match. All eliminations that were after referee whistle in bets calculation are not considered.

 

4.97.26. Which team will replace player first. It is proposed to predict which team will make player replace on substitute. If in match was not any replacement, than wins outcome “There would not be replacement”. If both teams make replacement in the same time or in interval, will win bets on “Both team in one time”.

 

4.97.27. Best scorer in tournament. Only goals scored in tournament are counted in, no matter for which team player had scored. Own goals are not counted in.
